1 Object, 3 sub-materials (both in 3D Studio MAX + V-Ray and in Blender + Cycles scenes); non overlapping unwrapped UV Layout map included; texture sample included.

 

The UV Layout will let you change the 'brand logo' (see preview image); other parts are uv-unwrapped too.
